This is for ten freshly picked Lemon Drop chilli peppers. Also called Aji limon this Peruvian native variety is green ripening to yellow, quite hot (estimated 80,000 - 120,000 SHU, in the family of capsicum baccatum, and has a distinctly citrus flavour profile.
