Our restaurant, the Edible Kitchen, was opened by Alistair Burt MP in June 2014. Since then we’ve been cooking up some of the best chilli recipes in Bedfordshire! Come try some Huevos Rancheros for breakfast or our famouse Smokey Slow n Low Chilli at lunchtime. With an ethos for freshness of ingredients and cooking from scratch we aim to bring you a unique selection of culinary delights to tease you and tickle your tongue. Ranch Roast - Served Sundays

Our culinary team here at the Chilli Ranch have taken inspiration from the traditional family Sunday Roast dinner and are incredibly proud to introduce to you The Ranch Roast!

Chilli Garlic Mushrooms
Mushrooms sauteed in butter, fresh garlic and chillies, served on warm toasted bread.
This is the Russian Roulette of the chilli world. Padrons sauteed and served with sour cream.
Cheese & Spinach Quesadillas
Soft tortilla warmed and filled with cheese and spinach drizzled with our own Luscious Citrus Relish.
